Backtagging: In general, yes. However if it's been long enough that development and gameplay has moved past it to the point that it would change things then no.

Physical Stuff:

Can I hug/touch/invade Aqua's personal space?: Sure! Gal could probably use some hugs, and as long as she knows you (meaning you've talked for about five minutes) it'll be fine! Platonic love makes the KH world go round!
Can my character fight Aqua?: That's... a complicated one. She's not one to go running off and picking fights with everyone under the sun, but if you give her a reason or ask for a spar she'll probably oblige! (Contact me OOC and we can hash things out!)
What about romance?: Ah-hah-hah. Uhm, yeah... about that. Aqua is very awkward when it comes to being asked on dates, so it'd be a long long road to anything. I'm open to it, but again it will take a bit of work!.

That Keyblade:

CAN MY CHARACTER GET A KEYBLADE?!?!: The short answer is no. While it's theoretically possible for anyone to wield a keyblade, it's not that easy in practice and Aqua isn't going to choose someone to Inherit anytime soon. It's also something that I'd want mod permission and castmate approval of.
Can my character inspire a Keyblade/chain (Like how Cloud's is the Metal Chocobo/Fenrir, Leon's is Lionhart/Sleeping Lion, etc.)?: This is another one that would require castmate and/or mod approval, though it's something I'd be more willing to roll with than giving a character a keyblade.

Magical/Other

Mind reading/Telepathy: Go ahead! She's got no defense against it!
Energy Reading, etc: YEP! She's human though may read strangely to some people because of the powers of the keyblade and her jaunt in the darkness and relationship with the light. Get in contact if you want to get in to wonky specifics with things.
Possession: Only if you want to fight her to the death. Kingdom Hearts possession involves entering someone's heart, and a subsequent fight. It's probably not a good idea to try.

Aqua's Ability

Aqua can sense darkness within someone, while it's not super accurate it's decent enough to make her wary of those who do ping off of it. I'm making this opt out, so if any truly evil big bads don't want her making suspicious squints at them please say so here!
